Larry's Paint is a Java applet that offers great drawing features. This contains stamps and backgrounds, which can be used by you to draw pictures in two ways. One is cut and paste the stamps and assemble a new painting or draw manually using a coloring pen. These can then be saved as your own separate image files. You can specify a background for your painting. It can also be used to capture signature of the user or to have a collection of the users drawings.
